What You'll Do:

• Engage with leads generated through marketing efforts, making calls daily to qualify prospects to nurture relationships
• Manage inbound inquiries, respond promptly to client queries, and up-sell offerings to maximise revenue

• Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills with a personable, engaging demeanour

Preferred Education & Experience:

• No specific educational qualification required
• Ideal candidates will have a background in sales, with a track record of hitting targets and managing client relationships
• Previous experience in a similar B2B or B2C sales role is highly desirable

• Must be based in Derby, as the role requires in-office presence
