As a member of the team, you will be required to help coordinate and manage the therapy cost process, including Homecare pricing maintenance. The role will be working from Monday to Friday between 9:00-17:00Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport maintenance and implementation of therapy billingSupport Customer Service with the coordination of the monthly therapy cost processHelp identify and progress improvements in the therapy cost process.Capture additional charges identified in CS contractsHelp resolve pricing issues - raise relevant credit / debit notesMaintain and add new functionality to relevant Databases.Produce monthly KPI's as requestedCheck & provide daily audit reports ( Siebel / Cognos )Support colleagues in supply of information / reports for customersTo act as a system expert to support Customers Services departmentProvide system support and maintenanceTo monitor inventory levels to prioritise orders to avoid back orders.Create reports to identify patients affected by low inventory levels.Control and short-ship orders - communicate to CS teamAttend low inventory conference callsSupport FCA actionsProvide reports to identify de-activate ship to accounts in JDESupport account creation ( JDE )To process customer bona fide checksProduce mail merge communication for bank holiday communicationTo extend route / jde calenders each year.Qualifications and ExperienceMicrosoft including Advanced Excel : #IND-UKOPSReasonable AccommodationsBaxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
