Corporate Sales Director

Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.What you will be doingReporting into a Business Development Director you will be responsible for the management of your team which will consist of around 7 Sales people working across Corporate sales (£10m - £50m CTO), you will be accountable for performance (vs net new revenue targets), people and customers. You will also be responsible for having input into and execution of the strategy for your team and the whole of Corporate sales.Day to day management of sales people within your teamProvide coaching and mentoring, including delivering and embedding The FIS Sales Academy and DA/PA sales methodology within your regions via regular field accompaniment /121s etcManage behaviours according to the minimum standards and in line with the relevant Worldpay policies i.e. expense management, absence management etcEnsure that your team is appropriately resourced and can address adequately the size of opportunity in your pipelinesProvide appropriate leadership and direction in line with our vision for Business DevelopmentEnsure your teams are motivated and incentivised correctly for example they understand the pay plan and targets and each have a sales planPerformance management, career development and retention plans are in place and managed appropriatelyResponsible for co-developing and setting / managing team performance and KPI targets with your BDD and your peer group and tracking sales performance using SFDC.comLead team in strategic / complex sales opportunities and responsible for ensuring the team sales targets are achieved.Advises team on direction for new customer opportunities through sharing of in depth industry trends/products and services knowledge By using your own insights from LinkedIn or internally with our marketing departmentsWhat you bring:Relevant and successful field sales leadership position track record.Sales management experienceSuccessful experience utilising a CRM system to manage team sales, pipeline and prospect dataProvide detailed and accurate forecastingProven people development and performance management experienceStrong sales leadership, mentoring and coaching qualities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience of working in a direct sales environmentStrong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.Results driven and customer focused with a commitment to quality.Added bonus if you have:Proven track record in leading and directing a highly skilled, consultative, motivated, successful and results-oriented field sales force.Proven credibility and ability to influence at C levelDemonstrable commercial acumenSales management experience in execution of strategy, development of business plans and influencing key propositionsWhat we offer youCompetitive salary and excellent growth opportunitiesAttractive benefits including private medical cover, dental cover, and travel insuranceTraining across core financial, sales and FIS solutionsA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesPrivacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
